10% is given off these prices for payment 3
months in advance.
15% off for payment 6 months in advance.
20% off for payment a year in advance.
We do recommend that anyone renting their
villa out provides a safety ring and pool
side signs, including a 'Please shower
before entering the pool'. Price for these
fully fitted is

Please note: All prices quoted are in
both Cyprus pounds and Euros, subject to 15%
VAT and usually payable 3 months in advance
or via direct debit.
Payments made in advance are non-refundable.
