Emergencies are classed as:
- Life
or Death situation
- No
electricity at all
- No
water at all
- Any
BIG leaks that cause danger at the
property and to the guests
- Unable
to gain access to the property.
Non
Emergencies are classed as
- No
drinking/filtered water. This is to do
with the water shortage and out of our
control.
- Any
maintenance call outs. This can be for
the pool, facilities or small non
dangerous leaks.
